Cute Monster competition.

My design for the "Cute Monster" competition on DeviantART. This is my favourite colour scheme recently, so it's based around my desire to draw patterns and these colours. The character itself stemmed from a couple of drawings I have done perviously. I've been looking at my screen for far too long, I'm going to go and have a rest now.

Botanical Borders

Two of the botanical borders I have been working on recently. They're going to be used to frame my Ugly young woman and Handsome young man. I haven't decided whether to colour them or not yet, I'll see what they look like when I combine them with the other images. Enjoy! Click for larger images.

The Handsome Young man.

Finally got my handsome young man coloured and textures. I'm still in two minds about the colours, but I'll come back to them with fresh eyes in the morning.

The line work for a piece I have yet to colour/edit, it's taken me far too long to upload new work, it's a pain when your scanner breaks eh? Anyway, there should be more to come pretty soon when I get access to a scanner again. Just an idea of what I've been up to and where I seem to be heading recently. This piece goes along side The Ugly Young Woman, along with some other images.
